Responsibilities and stress

I sometimes think tt taking up leadership positions is crazy, with all the stress and burden of responsibilities weighing down on you. I sumtimes think tt it's better to sit back and let someone else do the job.

I'm not an over-achiever and nv wanted to be one to begin with. I dun particularly enjoy being in the limelight because really, being a leader is not all glory like how the name sounds. It's not tt one liner in the testimonial tt counts because actions speaks louder than those words there.

I get stressed easily

it is true that being a leader is not easy and i don't believe that 'everyone' is a leader'. the weight of people's judgement on the leader's actions is always heavier than if the person is a follower. however, it's not true that only over-achievers are leaders. sometimes, leaders are made because the person can't stand sitting and not doing anything while watching and that is why the person stand out to be a leader.

and when leaders are unable to handle the burden, that is where the vice comes in. or the rest of the commitee member. is there anyone that you can share you burdens with?
